Project Moxie, in partnership with TWG | Together We Grow, have begun construction on Colorado’s first hotel-to-residential conversion with tax credit financing. The Residences at Durango will offer 120 affordable units—filling a crucial gap in their community of providing rentals for people earning no more than 60% of the city’s $76,177 median household income.

Gratitude to City of Durango, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Colorado Department of Local Affairs, and Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper for their support on this visionary project.
